A Community of Faith

Worship

Weekday chapel is the center of community life. Join us in person at 10 a.m. during the academic year in the Chapel of the Incarnation or view chapel online live or any time.

Discipleship

What does it mean to be a disciple of Jesus? In weekly discipleship groups, faculty and students study, pray and grow in faith together.

Pastoral Care

Luther Seminary's pastor, John Mann, is called to a ministry of Word and Sacrament. Pastor Mann oversees worship and discipleship in the seminary community, and is available as confidential counselor and confessor.

Spiritual Formation

Spiritual formation describes a whole host of practices or disciplines that enable us to grow in our relationship with God. It includes practices such as:  prayer, spiritual reading, Sabbath-keeping and spiritual direction.

Schola Cantorum

Schola Cantorum, the Luther Seminary choir directed by Paul Westermeyer, participates in the mid-week communion service. The choir is open to all students, faculty, and staff of the seminary community.
