Ecumenical Partnership Scholarships
Each academic year, five to ten, one-year Ecumenical Partnership Scholarships are awarded to Luther Seminary students who are members of non-Lutheran religious traditions.
Who is eligible
- Admitted students who are members of non-Lutheran religious traditions.
- Master of Arts, Master of Sacred Music or Master of Divinity students.
- Full-time seniors in good academic standing who have demonstrated sound leadership at Luther Seminary.
- Full-time students -- three or more courses per semester -- are given highest priority.
- Part-time degree students are eligible if the are taking at least two courses per semester.
Other considerations
- Merit and financial need are both considered.
- A recommendation letter is required from a denominational representative such as pastor or preparation for ministry committee.
Awards are announced in early summer and in January.
