Housing
On-campus housing is available for
single students and for
students with families.
Students may also choose to live
off-campus.
Limited information about off-campus housing
opportunities is available through the housing office.
General Information
All housing policies and other information is contained in the
Student
Handbook which is given to each resident unit upon arrival.
A limited number of apartments are available in the Burntvedt apartments to students who own a pet. Contact the Housing Office for details.
Washers and dryers are not allowed in student apartments.
Waterbeds are allowed if tenant shows proof of waterbed rider on his or her renter’s insurance policy. Rider must be in the amount of at least $100,000. Cost of such a rider with most insurance companies is approximately $30 per year.
Middlers going on internship and students who have graduated in May may
remain in the apartments until July 31st.
Burntvedt and Sandgren are primarily for students with families, although
single students may also live there if units are available.
