Housing options for students

The Housing Office at Luther Seminary provides students and their families with a variety of options located on or near campus.

Managed by Luther Seminary, LDR apartments offers students efficiency and one-bedroom apartments, the Luther Seminary Houses offer students and families an alternative to apartment living, and Stub Hall provides housing for interns needing short term arrangements. Greenway Village Apartments, managed by BBH Management Company, offer students and their families one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments.

LDR Apartments

These unfurnished apartments are located at 1559 Fulham (one block north of Northwestern Hall). LDR includes three efficiency units and five one-bedroom units. Rent includes heat, water, trash/recycling, and internet. Student is responsible for electricity. These units are specifically for single students.

Marketed to returning students, interns and new students. Rent is billed by semester. 9 units.

Luther Seminary Houses

Greenway Village Apartments

Greenway Village

Greenway Village Apartments consist of five buildings with one-, two- and  three-bedroom apartments adjacent to Luther Seminary's campus. These apartments are owned and managed by BBH Management Company. Each unit includes a separate room for study. Single students as well as students with families are welcome. All units are carpeted and equipped with a stove, air-conditioner and refrigerator. Laundry facilities are available.
