But that is not at all how Shaun Halland, worship and music coordinator for Christiania Lutheran Church in Lakeville, Minn., portrays his congregation. Instead, words like “new,n’t “flexiblen’t and “excitedn’t pepper his description. A 2004 graduate of Luther Seminary”s master of sacred music program, Halland is the first person to hold this job at Christiania.
