Bibliography

One of the resources we would like to “grow” out of this project is a working bibliography of resources that people use in their classes around these issues, and also that have been a resource for us as teachers.

What follows is a very rough first draft, begun largely from resources we have used at Luther Seminary. We would like to grow it from your own resources in each of your contexts. We will gather citations from any syllabi you send this way, but we would also deeply appreciate it if you could send us other resources you come upon.
