“Can these bones live?”: Visual and Poetic Meditations on Life, Death, and Resurrection

Join us on October 25th from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. for a remarkable event that combines spoken-word poetry, visual art, and theology, created by local Minnesota artists and academics. Each artist will have the opportunity to present his/her original work and respond to audience questions. Artists also have the option to see the work at the event.

Artists Include: Robyn Sandy Anderson, Eric Boehlke, Emilie Bouvier, Julia Dinsmore, Jonathan Granlund, Amy McCann, David Scherer, Katherine Parent, Sam Bardwell, and Mariel Vinge

Singing the Faith Hymn Festival

Join us for our annual Singing the Faith festival. This festival celebrates the Lutheran Reformation through a service of hymns and readings.

This year's Singing the Faith festival is titled, "Singing the Faith: Readings from Luther's Catechisms on the Lord's Prayer," and will feature the St. Olaf Choir. The St. Olaf Choir is the premier choral ensemble of St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minn. St. Olaf College is a four-year, co-educational liberal arts college of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) with students from across the United States as well as from 30 other countries. St. Olaf College is recognized worldwide for the exceptional breadth and depth of its music program.
