On-Campus Guest Housing

Stub Hall

Stub Hall guest roomA limited number of dormitory style guest rooms are available on campus in Stub Hall for persons attending events at Luther Seminary. These rooms are furnished with a bed(s), desk/ chair, and a dresser/closet These room are not air conditioned, however a box fan is included in each room. Linens, pillows and towels are also provided. For most rooms, the toilet and shower are located in the same hallway.

Rates are $30 per night for a private room without a bath or $35 per night for a private room with a full or partial bath (singles only), of which there is a limited number. Rooms with 3 to 4 people per room will incur an additional $10 per person charge over the previously stated fee.

Please indicate preference when making your reservation; requests will be filled based upon availability.

To make a reservation for a Stub Hall guest room please call: 651-523-1619 or e-mail: stubhr@luthersem.edu with your name, billing address, phone number and dates of stay desired. E-mail and messages are checked during normal business hours Monday through Friday. Reservations requested on the weekends or a holiday will be checked and processed the next business day. We must have at least a 48 hour notice for all reservations.

Check-in is now at Stub Hall from 3-8pm

Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Payment is due upon departure. Cash, check, MasterCard or Visa are accepted.

Pets are NOT allowed in Stub Hall.
