On-Campus Temporary Housing for enrolled Doctor of Ministry Students

Stub Hall

A limited number of dormitory style guest rooms are available in Stub Hall. These rooms are furnished with a bed(s), a desk/chair, and a dresser/closet. Linens, pillows and towels are provided. These rooms are not air conditioned; however, a box fan is included in each room. The toilet and shower are located on the same floor. There is a full-service kitchen on the 2nd floor that all guests may use.

Room rates are:

  • $30 per night for a private room
  • $40 per night for a private room with a 1/2 bath or full bath (singles only)
  • $40 per night for a double room
  • Consecutive 7-night stays qualify for a weekly rate of $150 for a private room and $200 for a private room with bath or double room.

Please indicate bath preference when making your reservation; requests will be filled based upon availability.

To make a reservation for a Stub Hall guest room please complete the on-line reservation form.  Please indicate you are a Distributed Learner and for what program or class you will be attending.

Check-in time is from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Payment is due prior to arrival. Cash, check, MasterCard or Visa are accepted. Arrangements can be made for late arrivals by calling 612-345-0940 to make these arrangements.

Pets are NOT allowed in Stub Hall.
