"Parish nursing has grown as a nursing practice over the past 25
years. Luther Seminary acknowledges the critical ministry of parish
nurses and health ministers. The certificate program gives students
a deeper theological understanding of God's presence in health and
healing, and grows leaders to better serve in a broken and
life-giving world."
-Karen Treat, parish nurse, Luther Seminary
