  "Provide a language to make sense of work."  Work can be a blessing.  Through work some have the opportunity to benefit the lives of others.  Work can be a curse.  Consider those whose job is drudgery and their daily experience makes persons feel less than human.  Leaders need to "understand people's fears and their pain" before they have the "right to ask people to change." more | and even more
