This year at MethodX we're examining a number of Christian spiritual practices that make up the kind of life we believe God created us to live. Spiritual practices are ways to take Christian faith seriously by putting action to our beliefs -- by trying to live out the message of the Gospel in daily life. For many of us, it will be a challenge to think of Christianity as a life that we live, rather than a set of ideas we believe in.
