How to Promote On-Campus Events
If you are a current faculty member, staff member or student at Luther Seminary and would like to promote your on-campus event, here are some tips.
Post an announcement on MyLutherNet
Go to MyLutherNet and click on "Submit Your Info" under the main announcements. Questions? Contact the office of communication at 651-523-1754, or email email@example.com
Post information early!
Post your event online at least two weeks before the event.
There are many bulletin boards for posting signs throughout the campus. Flyers must be 8.5 x11 and must be approved by the dean of students office. See Judy Hedman in the dean of students office, Northwestern Hall.
Create table tents
The dining room is a high visibility area for publicity. Reserve table tent space by calling dining services at 651-641-3255.
