CHRISTIAN PUBLIC LEADER SITE PREFERENCES AND MATCHING PROCESS

IMPORTANT NOTE

There are two versions of the Christian Public Leader program. One version is offered for our MDiv candidates. The other version is offered for our MA candidates in Congregation and Missional Leadership, Children Youth and Family, and Congregation and Community Care concentrations.

The MDiv version (FE 0525) is offered as a 0.5-credit elective course each Fall and Spring semester. For most MDiv students, these elective courses will serve as practice for later contextual placements, including Clinical Pastoral Education and the Internship experience.

The MA version (FE 0521 - FE 0524) is a 2.0-credit four-semester course series. For most MA students, this course series will serve as the robust internship experience for the duration of their concentration of study.
