Hotel Accommodations   

Housing is available at hotels near the Luther Seminary campus. Participants must arrange accommodation plans directly with the hotel they select. We have complied a list of some local hotels for your information only; it does not reflect recommendations by Luther Seminary.

Parking and Shuttle Service   

Special parking is available during Convocation. Not far from the Luther Seminary campus, the Les Bolstad Golf Course (University of Minnesota) will host free parking for all Convocation guests. A free shuttle bus service will run throughout the day to and from the seminary campus.

To: U of M, Les Bolstad golf course and driving range parking lots
From: Luther Seminary

1. Turn right (west) onto Como Avenue.
2. Turn right (north) on to Eustis Street.
3. Turn right (east) on to Larpenteur Avenue.
4. Continue east to 2275 West Larpenteur Avenue (The University of Minnesota’s Les Bolstad golf course).
5. The parking lot entrances are east of the club house and is the second left after Fulham Street. There will be a sign in the lots for Luther Seminary parking. Please remember to lock your vehicle.
6. A seminary shuttle bus will pick you up at the lots and take you to Olson Campus Center at Luther Seminary.

Shuttle and Parking Lot Hours:

Wed. 8:30 a.m. - 9:30 p.m.
Thurs. 7:00 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Fri. 7 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Please do not park on the residential sides of Fulham and Hendon Streets. Your car will be ticketed and towed by the City of St. Paul.

Refund Policy   

The cost of registration includes a non-refundable per person fee of $35. No refunds will be granted after January 13.

Contact Hours

Participations may receive a certificate acknowledging contact hours at Convocation. Visit the registration desk to pick up your hours certificate.

Participation in the entire Convocation (all keynote sessions and workshops) provides nine contact hours. Attendance on Wednesday or Friday provides two contact hours for each day, and attendance on Thursday provides five contact hours.

Convocation Recordings   

Convocation CD orders will be taken at the registration table in Northwestern Hall. The CD set of keynote presentations is $40 per set. Payment is due at the time of your order.

Bookstore Hours 

Luther Seminary Bookstore/Augsburg Fortress will be open during convocation.

• Wednesday,  9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
• Thursday,  8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
• Friday,  9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

The bookstore is located in the lower level of the Olson Campus Center. Orders placed and prepaid before 10 a.m. will be available for pick up after 4 p.m. during Convocation.
