Hotel Accommodations

Housing is available at hotels near the Luther Seminary campus. Participants must arrange accommodation plans directly with the hotel they select. We have compiled a list of some local hotels for your information only; it does not reflect recommendations by Luther Seminary.

Refund Policy

The cost of registration includes a non-refundable per person fee of $50. No refunds will be granted after Feb. 4.

Contact Hours

Participations may receive a certificate acknowledging contact hours at Convocation. Visit the registration desk to pick up your hours certificate.

Participation in the entire Convocation (all keynote sessions and workshops) provides nine contact hours. Attendance on Tuesday or Thursday provides two contact hours for each day, and attendance on Wednesday provides five contact hours.

Bookstore Hours

Luther Seminary Bookstore/Augsburg Fortress will be open during Convocation.

Tuesday, 9 a.m.-6 p.m.
Wednesday, 8 a.m.-6 p.m.
Thursday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

The bookstore is located in the lower level of the Olson Campus Center. Orders placed and prepaid before 10 a.m. will be available for pick up after 4 p.m. during Convocation.

Registration

Fees for registration received Nov. 30 and before:

$175 per person
$150 for retired participants
$150 for two or more members of a congregation when registration is received at the same time

Fees for registration received after Nov. 30:

$200 per person
$175 per person for retired participants
$175 per person for two or more members of a congregation when registration is received at the same time

Single day registration:

Tuesday: $100
Wednesday: $100
Thursday: $50
