Dining Services
Dining Services is composed of three separate functions. Students, Faculty, Staff, and the neighboring community are always welcome to enjoy an array of delicious, hot, fresh meals in our cafeteria. Our Coffee Shop, which opened in October of 2011, is a modern and spacious gathering space, open to the public, where trained baristas mix up specialty espresso drinks and brew fresh coffee all day. We also boast a quality catering service, which supplies the food and beverages for Seminary functions as well as private events.
We welcome you to join the Luther community in celebration, fellowship, and nourishment as you enjoy our services. If you ever have any questions, do not hesitate to email us: dining@luthersem.edu, or come talk to us in the Olson Campus Center.

Cafeteria Catering Coffee Shop
Luther Seminary's communion bread recipe has been used here for more than 20 years. We bake it in house, and it is served as part of the Seminary's weekly Holy Communion service in chapel each Wednesday. Here is the recipe:
