We cover the set up and clearing of any meal during your event – breakfast, lunch, or dinner – as well as refreshments, appetizer or dessert receptions, and beverage service.
Any entrée selection (including the breakfast menu) may be prepared buffet style or plated and served, and always incorporates beverages and desserts. Our service always includes all dining table settings and our service equipment. Beverages will be refreshed regularly throughout the duration of your event. Customized items are available.
Whether your guests are taking a break from activities or you wish to welcome them with beverages and something to eat, we have an assortment of pastries and snacks to choose from. Refreshment service includes any required plates, cups, and utensils, and our service equipment.
Depending on your selection, appetizers may be passed butler-style or on stationary buffets, or a combination thereof. Reception service includes any required plates, cups, and utensils, and our service equipment.
