Taking care of your food needs

Catering for all seminary events is provided by the on-site, non-contract kitchen and catering staff.  We proudly serve the community as well - we would love to cater your next event.  Whether you are running a conference as a business or non-profit, planning a wedding, or gathering your family for a reunion, we can precisely meet your group's needs.

We do ask that you book any rooms on campus you will be using before you book our catering services. You can do this by contacting Event Services or by filling out the online form.

Catering services

We cover the set up and clearing of any meal during your event – breakfast, lunch, or dinner – as well as refreshments, appetizer or dessert receptions, and beverage service.

Meals

Any entrée selection (including the breakfast menu) may be prepared buffet style or plated and served, and always incorporates beverages and desserts. Our service always includes all dining table settings and our service equipment. Beverages will be refreshed regularly throughout the duration of your event.  Customized items are available.

Refreshments

Whether your guests are taking a break from activities or you wish to welcome them with beverages and something to eat, we have an assortment of pastries and snacks to choose from.  Refreshment service includes any required plates, cups, and utensils, and our service equipment.

Appetizer reception

Depending on your selection, appetizers may be passed butler-style or on stationary buffets, or a combination thereof. Reception service includes any required plates, cups, and utensils, and our service equipment.

Dessert reception

For a reception with just desserts, your selections will be on stationary buffets. Cake cutting is always complementary. Reception service also includes any required plates, cups, and utensils, and our service equipment.

Pick-up or delivery
