On March 8, Luther Seminary students, faculty and staff gathered for the sixth annual auction and variety show, “Oh, What a Night!” This year’s beneficiaries were four Bible camps near and dear to many in the Luther Seminary community.
More than $2,100 was raised over the course of the evening, with the opportunity for donations to continue after the event. As of March 17, $2,750 had been raised. Live auction items included a two-night stay at Heartwood Retreat Center near Danbury, Wis.; bowling with the Bible faculty; and custom furniture made by Professor Emeritus of New Testament Jim Boyce.
More than 300 members of the Luther Seminary community stayed after the auction to enjoy the community meal and variety show.
