Luther Seminary is collaborating with Globe University to offer one-day workshops in management practices for congregations. Workshops are designed for congregational teams of clergy, staff and lay leaders to develop skills in the basic tenets of contemporary management including strategic planning, financial management and human resources. Three workshops will be offered in 2012, featuring a blended format including presentations, discussion and case studies. Congregations are encouraged to enroll as a leadership team. Time will be allowed for congregational teams to discuss their particular context. Class dates are:
