4. Dining and Catering Services

Dining Services offers two ways for you to include meals and refreshments during your meeting or event.

To order refreshments for your meeting, fill out our online Meeting Refreshments Order Form. Notice is expected a minimum of 7 working days before your event for basic refreshments.

Cafeteria

The Cafeteria at Luther Seminary is located in the Olson Campus Center and is open to the public. Information about our services, including daily menu and hours, are posted on the Dining Services web site.

Daily offerings include salad bar, sandwich bar, soup, cold and hot beverages, and a variety of baked goods and snacks. Martin's Grill is available throughout the day for an assortment of grilled items.

To ensure a smooth dining experience, groups of 10 or more who select our cafeteria line as their meal service are asked to call ahead (651-641-3255) to let us know that you will be dining with us.

Our Coffee Shop, located in the newly remodeled upstairs of the Olson Campus Center, is also open to the public and provides a good option for refreshments as well.  There is always freshly brewed coffee, an assortment of pastries, and a full menu of espresso drinks available. For more information, visit the Coffee Shop page.  Again, if your group will be invited to the Coffee Shop and will have more than 10 people, please call and let us know.

Catering

Luther Seminary is the exclusive provider of catering services on campus. Catering services are available throughout campus seven days a week (except major holidays) and require an advance order. Lead time necessary is contingent on the complexity of your request.

We also invite you to hold your catered event in our lovely dining room overlooking our garden terrace. We can accommodate 250 in the dining room and up to 30 guests on the terrace. We look forward to hearing from you for your catering needs!
