A’viands provides for all your catering needs here at Luther Seminary. 

Facilities

We invite you to host your event in one of our lovely dining areas!

Our Main Dining room, with its natural wood, brick and earth tone colors, overlooks a sunken garden patio and seats 250 guests. It is located in the Olson Campus Center. The size of this space can be customized for a smaller number of guests. The room charge for the entire dining room is $850.00, with sectional pricing available.

The Auxiliary Dining room seats 30 at round tables and is also located in the Olson Campus Center. This private, intimate dining room would be excellent for your rehearsal or anniversary dinner, bridal shower or birthday celebration. The room charge for this dining room is $150.00.

An open 2-story atrium in Northwestern Hall also is available for your catered event. We can provide luncheon/dinner seating for 100 or reception style for 150. The cost for this facility is $150.00.

  • Alcohol: Service is available for those who would like to bring beer and/or wine into the Olson Campus Center as prearranged for receptions.

  • Throwing of rice, birdseed, confetti or similar items is not permitted.

  • Smoking is not permitted in any of the Luther Seminary buildings.

  • Dancing is permitted and guests must vacate the facilities by midnight.
