9:00 am	Worship with Holy Communion
9:45 am	Welcome and Introduction
10:15 am	Break
10:30 am - 2:00 pm	Topic Groups includes lunch The time spent in your small group during the core of each day is designed to accomplish a number of things: to ground you with a small group of people, to begin to think about life in a seminary community, to vision about the mission of the church, to seek out God's activity in the world and to build a foundation for success in seminary. 2:15 pm	Degree Program Meetings (part 1)
3:45 pm	Break

5:15 pm	Off campus dinner groups (optional, sign up during the day on Monday)

11:30	Worship
12:00 noon	Lunch with your Faculty Advisors  You will learn the name of your faculty advisor in early August 2011.
1:15 pm	Meet in Topic Groups
3:00 pm	Break
3:30 pm	The Art of Money (workshop and dinner) pre-register on the sign-up page

8:30 am	Day in Context.  Groups off campus for the day.
4:30 pm	Return to campus

8:00 am	First Week Choir
8:30 am	Meet in Topic Groups
9:30 am	Break
9:45 am	Inter-Group Dialogue
10:45 am	Break
11:00 am	Closing Worship
11:30 am	Presidential Luncheon
1-5 pm	Boundaries Workshop:  This is a requirement to be completed before the end of the student's first  academic year.  Take this during First Week - it really is the best time.   (pre-register on the sign-up page)
