Speakers

The GMI is a resource for local congregations across denominational lines in providing speakers on issues of World Christianity.  Luther Seminary is blessed and enriched by the presence of about 50 international students from approximately 20 different countries every year.  These students are leaders of the church who come to obtain/attain advance degrees to be equipped for their future ministry.  See a list of International Student Biographies.

Examples of events include Mission Sunday speakers/preachers, adult forum speakers, Sunday school speakers, Women’s fellowship speakers, Men’s fellowship speakers, speakers for assemblies as well as for Bible Camps.  For more information about arranging to have an international student speaker, please e-mail the GMI at gmi@luthersem.edu.  Please include the date, type of presentation (adult forum, sermon), topic, time frame, church or organization, location, your title and contact information.  Please allow at least two-three weeks lead time.  You may request a specific student, or a representative from a specific area of the world or country, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
