Graduate Theological Education
The program of graduate studies at Luther Seminary stands as a
sign of our commitment to the future of theological education and
the future of the Christian church. Today's church requires leaders;
so does tomorrow’s.
The seminary prepares
masters of theology,
doctors of philosophy, and doctors of ministry
today who will not only do their own work of teaching, proclaiming,
and applying the Christian tradition, but also develop the next
generation of Christian leaders.
Luther’s graduate research program
invites applicants who have the academic ability and the theological
passion to delve deeply into all aspects of the Christian faith in
order to enrich their own ministries, to present the gospel
faithfully and creatively in a rapidly changing world, and to accept
the challenge of preparing others to do the same.
