Speak Your Peace - Students Discuss Ways to Help Resolve the Current Turmoil in the ELCA - November 10   (Top Headlines)

Do you want to help the church recover from the turmoil surrounding the human sexuality vote? This group is for students who agree to disagree. Small group discussion of:

• How can we help resolve the conflict and promote healing, unity, love and peace?
  
• Where do we start?
  
• What can be learned to make us better leaders in times of change?
  Each small group will present their ideas. Perhaps we can grow from the current pain in the church, while looking for ways that we can contribute both today and in our future congregations.

Women Leading Event: Internship panel - November 10   (Top Headlines)

Curious about internship?  Join Women Leading for lunch from 12pm to 1pm on Tuesday, November 10th to hear three seniors share experiences from their internship year.  Topics will include the challenges and joys of being a woman in ministry, advice for the interview process, and time for questions and answer.

Seasonal Flu Shot Clinic - rescheduled! - November 30   (Top Headlines)

Hoping that vaccine is available, we have scheduled the flu shot clinic again, for Nov. 30 and Dec. 2-3. This is for seasonal flu vaccine. The cost is $5.00 for students, free for international students, and for staff/faculty, BOP insurance plan will cover the cost (bring your cards). Seasonal flu season goes through April. This is a good time to get your shot!
