Lenten Devotional

40 days of daily nourishment

Luther Seminary invites you to use the 2017 Lenten devotional, "Oh, Love, How Deep," for personal or congregational use this coming season. The devotions are written by three faculty members from the Old Testament department as well as three seminary students. They are available in regular and large print.

This year's contributing authors are:
Jessica Christy, M.Th. Student
Cameron B. R. Howard, Assistant Professor of Old Testament
Annie Langseth, M.Div. Student
Mark Throntveit, Professor and Elva B. Lovell Chair of Old Testament
Kathryn Schifferdecker, Associate Professor of Old Testament; Bible Division Chair
Jim Vitale, M.Div. Student

During the season of Lent, the daily God Pause devotion will be from "Oh, Love, How Deep." If you are already a God Pause subscriber, you will continue to receive the daily devotions in your email inbox.

If you’re not a God Pause subscriber, you can sign up here to receive "Oh, Love, How Deep" in your daily email inbox. Once Lent ends, you’ll continue to receive daily God Pause devotions written by Luther Seminary alumni.
