The issues of responsibility, authority, and accountability are studied alongside the various human resources issues common to every congregation. This event offers concepts, techniques, and practices for managing staff dynamics unique to mid-size and large congregations. Participants in this seminar will have completed the Insights Evaluator, a personality profile process, prior to the beginning of the event. For those who have never participated in the Insights process, an opportunity to review completed profiles will be offered on the first afternoon of the MSM event. An online survey must be completed prior to the review session. Directions for completing the survey will be sent upon registration.

Pre-seminar reading and writing will be identified upon registration.
