Tuition and Registration

Registration is required for all KAIROS attendees.

For classes offered in 2008 - The usual tuition for a KAIROS seminar (some events vary slightly) or a 1-week Independent Reading Project is $250. Tuition for retired persons is $125 except courses where the tuition is other than the usual $250. D.Min. students taking KAIROS courses not for academic credit pay the regular tuition of $250.

Cancellation, Refunds and Transfers

Payment in full must accompany each registration. A full refund will be granted if the KAIROS office is notified of a cancellation more than three weeks before the opening date of the KAIROS event or period of independent study. Cancellation three weeks prior to an event results in a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellation less than three weeks prior to an event results in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the event tuition. The balance may be refunded or credited to a future event.

Registration costs for some KAIROS events may vary due to the length or location of the seminar. Please read the descriptive paragraph carefully for details regarding each KAIROS study.

Event Cancellation

Please register as early as possible. Unless noted, each class must have a minimum enrollment of 12.

Occasionally, it is necessary to cancel an event due to low registration. In case of a cancellation, registrants will be notified at least 2 weeks prior to the event and all fees paid will be refunded. If you register less than two weeks in advance, please check our course listing for cancellation notices, e-mail the KAIROS office, or call 651-641-3416, to check the status of the course.
