Equipment Reservations

Before you can make an equipment reservation, you must first reserve a room for your meeting or event. You can reserve a room online, or send an e-mail to Event Services.

Equipment Reservations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to availability of equipment and personnel. Users are encouraged to plan ahead and make requests in advance. You can also print an Equipment Reservation form and submit it manually. Some rooms already have equipment in them, such as ceiling mounted projectors.
