Media Services Equipment Reservations

Built-in media equipment (projectors, screens, internet access, etc.) can be found in many meeting spaces on campus.

When reserving a room for your meeting, please find a room with the equipment you need already in place.  For most smaller meeting rooms, you may utilize equipment without the use of a paid media technician.

Media Technicians - Required for Some Rooms

The following larger spaces require the use of a paid Media Services technician if any media equipment is to be used:

  • Olson Campus Center Chapel
  • Olson Campus Center Board Room
  • Olson Campus Center Dining Rooms
  • Northwestern NW100 (auditorium)
  • Stub Hall Lounge

Media technicians can be requested on the Request Space form, and are paid in four-hour blocks.

  • Meeting times up to 4 hours - $150
  • Meeting times from 4 to 8 hours - $300
  • $150 for each additional 4-hour block
