Embodied Dance Anthem

In my online teaching I like to try and create as many different kinds of experiences as I can. Towards that end I have used films (students all rent the same film, and then discuss it in class), presentations with embedded audio files, video clips mailed out in advance to students, and so on. One exercise that has worked well is based on asking students to explore a variety of body postures in a meditative stance. The postures I use are drawn from a dance anthem version of the Lord's Prayer. You can find the explanation of how I do this at the link below.
