Job Summary:
Design, develop and implement Christian Education programming for children from birth to grade six in conjunction with the Children's ministry Team, Childcare Team and Children's Worship Team.  Oversee the operational aspects of programming including but not limited to communications, coordination, recruitment and training of volunteer staff, and administration such as ordering curriculum and supplies.  Participate in visioning to ensure Christian Education programming meets critical objectives for spiritual formation, growth and development as defined by staff and Administrative Council. Is the person most responsible for the overall coordination and success of Children's Christian Education programming at Cross Winds United Methodist Church.
