Letter Grade/Written Evaluations

Letter Grade Option, Written Evaluations

  • Letter grade forms are available online (Word format or PDF format) and at the Office of the Registrar.

  • Luther Seminary uses a Pass/Marginal/Fail grading system.  Students desiring a letter grade other than Pass/Marginal/Fail or an additional written evaluation must submit the forms to the instructor within the first 10 days of the semester for 13-week courses or within the first 5 days of J-Term, Summer term, or for six-week courses.

  • M.Th., D.Min., and Ph.D. students are required to take all courses for a letter grade and need not fill out these forms for their classes.
