Complaints and Grievances

It is the expectation of this seminary that you endeavor to pursue excellence in your assigned tasks and also to maintain a personal demeanor conducive to a healthful working environment. However, occasions will arise when misunderstandings will call for a need for the airing of differences. At the onset of such an occurrence, we strongly encourage you to express such a concern to your immediate supervisor. If this is not possible or if the matter cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, you should present the complaint or grievance in writing to the Vice President for Administration and Finance who will in turn take whatever action is deemed appropriate.
