45th Anniversary Committee

Accountable to the Board of Administration


  • Organize and implement a plan to celebrate our 45-year heritage of faith, courage and growth


  • Participants celebrate and give thanks for their own personal faith heritage including those prior to or in addition to St. Philip's experiences.
  • Congregation celebrates and gives thanks for the heritage of faith they receive from St. Philip's.
  • Memories and stories of faith heritage give hope and encouragement to participants.


  • You shall not incur expenses beyond normal office expense beyond what is approved by the Board of Administration.

  • The staff
  • Ideas generated by Stewardship Committee
  • Dale -- graphic proposal


  • May 17-18 -- 45th Anniversary Offering Sunday
  • May -- Celebration to take place during the month
  • April -- Preparations for the celebration
  • April 1 -- Issue of "The Friend" will focus on the anniversary celebration.  
  • March 26 -- Deadline for articles for "The Friend"  
  • March -- Planning and organization completed
