After two, four, or more years of theological study and contextual learning, 131 students received degrees at Luther Seminary’s 2004 commencement ceremony, May 23 at Central Lutheran Church, Minneapolis. Called to serve Christian communities around the world and in many different capacities, 74 students received the master of divinity degree required for ordination, 37 students received the master of arts or master of sacred music degree, 10 students received the doctor of ministry degree, two students received the master of theology degree, and eight students received the doctor of philosophy degree.
Awards for Academic Excellence
