The seminary welcomes you and hopes you will enjoy your home in the student family apartments and will consider it a privilege to share in this aspect of the seminary community.

Even when living in Christian community, as we at the seminary claim is our intent, it is necessary to establish some regulations so that we might live together in an orderly and appropriately loving way.

It is to this end that the Housing Committee has established the policies in this booklet. On the following pages you will find information which should help make your stay in your apartment a pleasant experience for you and your family.

The seminary currently has a total of 160 apartments available for student families. Application for apartments is made through the Housing Office. Apartment rates and additional information can be found in the catalog, or the Luther Seminary website.

When a student has been admitted to the seminary, the application remains on file as long as one remains a student.
