Office of Technology

The Office of Technology offers:

  • Faculty, staff, and student support of all technology equipment on campus
  • Classroom technology support and services
  • Audio/visual equipment support and services
  • MyLutherNet support and services – including course design
  • Training and assistance for use of campus technology
  • Strategy, design, development, and programming of web projects

The Help Desk is located in the Office of Technology, Bockman Hall, Room 7 (lower level). Office hours are 8-5, Monday-Friday.

The Help Desk provides extended weekend and evening hours when classes are in session. During these hours, the Help Desk is located in the Olson Campus Center Coffee Shop area.

  • Monday-Thursday: 5-9:30pm
  • Friday: 5-7:30pm
  • Saturday: 9:30am-6:30pm
  • Sunday: 2-7pm

You can always submit a request for help via our online ticketing service or track any current requests (Luther Seminary user name and password required).
