The Doctor of Ministry programs at Luther Seminary are on a temporary hiatus from accepting new applicants so as to reimagine how the D.Min. programs can best fulfill our commitment to resourcing the church and its leaders. We are not taking new applications for the D.Min. program at this time.
A number of developments have precipitated this decision:
- Luther Seminary recently adopted a new academic calendar, which will include restructuring the D.Min. programs;
- Possible alignment of the Biblical Preaching and Congregational Mission and Leadership D.Min. programs;
- The need to address residential/online requirements; and
- Luther Seminary is in the process of a campus revisioning plan that will affect where and when residential focus session courses are held.
If you would like to receive updates about our D.Min. programs and admissions cycle, please fill out the inquiry form on this page.
Please see our academic catalog for information about the current program.
