Campus Living

Housing options for students

Luther Seminary provides students with a variety of housing options located on or near campus.

Managed by Luther Seminary, LDR apartments offer individual students efficiency and one-bedroom apartments, the Luther Seminary Duplexes and Houses offer students and families an alternative to apartment living, and Stub Hall provides dormitory rooms for students (especially international) needing furnished accommodations, affordable housing, and interns needing short-term arrangements.

On occasion, we receive information regarding available off-campus housing opportunities

Below are photos and descriptions of the housing options we offer for students. We hope this helps you get a better sense of what community life is like here at Luther. If you have any questions while you are in the process of deciding where to live, please don’t hesitate to contact us at housing@luthersem.edu. You can fill out a housing application here. Please note, pets are not allowed in seminary-owned housing.
