Giving level details<\/h2>\n

Your gift can be directed toward the\u00a0<\/span>Sustaining Fund<\/span><\/a>,\u00a0<\/span>scholarships<\/span><\/a>, specific programs or an endowment. Gifts of cash are the most common way of giving, but you may also choose to make an estate gift, gift of stock, or other appreciated assets.<\/span><\/p>\n

Leadership Circle ($10,000+)<\/b><\/p>\n

The Leadership Circle\u00a0is made up of donors who have given outright gifts of $10,000 or more to Luther Seminary each year. These gifts provide the seminary\u2019s largest single source of gift support. Moreover, Leadership Circle members provide counsel and support to uplift the seminary\u2019s mission and its students, faculty and staff.<\/span><\/td>\n

  • Members receive all\u00a0<\/span>Partners<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span>Society of Stewards<\/b>\u00a0level benefits.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Members are invited to special events where they can get to know students and faculty of the seminary, as well as others concerned about theological education.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Members are consulted on issues related to the future of the church by leaders of the seminary.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Society of Stewards ($1,000+)<\/b><\/p>\n

The Society of Stewards is comprised of donors who give $1,000 or more each year in support of the mission of Luther Seminary. Being a Steward is a powerful witness to the importance of the seminary\u2019s mission of educating leaders for Christian communities.<\/span><\/td>\n

  • Members receive all <\/span>Partners<\/b> level benefits.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Members meet annually for a luncheon and seminary update from the seminary President.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Partners ($250+)<\/b><\/p>\n

Partners\u00a0are donors who give more than $250 or more annually. Partners underwrite more than one-third of the total cost of Luther Seminary\u2019s academic program. Gifts from Partners keep tuition lower and support our renowned faculty, providing a high-quality theological education.<\/span><\/td>\n

  • Members receive written updates about the seminary from the President.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Members receive the Story Magazine publication, published biannually<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Heritage Society (Estate Gifts)<\/b><\/p>\n

Since 1987, the Heritage Society\u00a0has recognized and welcomed people who have made estate plan inclusions or qualifying deferred gifts at Luther Seminary. Through prayers and financial support, Heritage Society members help provide a solid financial base so that Luther Seminary can accomplish its mission to educate leaders for Christian communities.<\/span><\/td>\n

  • Members who bequest gifts of $500,000 or more are invited to participate in <\/span>Leadership Circle<\/b> events.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Members receive a monthly Planned Giving newsletter and written updates about the seminary.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Members receive a bronze sculpture, \u201cNativity,\u201d which is the symbol of the Heritage Society with an artist certificate of authenticity<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/div>\n
