Healthy Leaders: Frugal Fitness challenge

Are you looking for frugal ways to meet your fitness goals? Would you appreciate the support and accountability of a community of people with similar goals? Then the Healthy Leaders: Frugal Fitness 21-Day Challenge is for you!

This 21-Day challenge will take place from Sept. 17th to Oct. 8th. You set your own fitness goals for the three weeks focusing particularly on exercise and healthy eating. Karen Treat and Grace Duddy will hold you accountable with weekly Monday check-ins and informative group lunches every Wednesday. You will also receive an email every day of the challenge with an inspiring devotion as well as fitness and wellness tips.

We understand that healthy eating and exercise can often be very expensive. On the pages you will find a list of frugal fitness options around the seminary as well as links to frugal recipes.
