People with disabilities and their families are among the most unchurched in our culture. How do congregations communicate the gospel effectively to people with disabilities and their families?
Ginny Thornburgh will deliver the plenary, “That All May Worship: A Ramp is Not Enough.” She is Vice President & the founder and director, Religion and Disability Program of the National Organization on Disability. She works with thousands of congregations as well as seminaries and national religious groups to eliminate the barriers to full and active religious participation by people with disabilities.
