The CHRISTIAN CELEBRATION OF LIFE (CCL) is a phrase coined by the National Catholic Conference for Total Stewardship in 1985. It synthesizes the rich body of teachings of Jesus in the Bible and in the Church. Combined into a unique formation process, called the CHRISTIAN CELEBRATION OF LIFE, the teachings provide spiritual development of God's People for evangelization in parishes, local churches and the world. The process fulfills exactly what John Paul II calls for in his apostolic exhortation, Christifideles Laici, the "Lay Faithful of Christ."
