In past months David Lose, Marbury E. Anderson Associate Professor of Biblical Preaching; Matthew Skinner, associate professor of New Testament; and Andrew Root, Carrie Olson Baalson Associate Professor of Children, Youth and Family Ministry, have published articles in the Religion and Divorce sections covering myriad topics.<\/p>\n<p>The articles in the Religion section are part of an effort to seek out more content on the Bible and its interpretation. Paul Raushenbush, senior religion editor at the Huffington Post, hopes that by publishing more content on the Bible, the Bible will be more accessible to all people.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Theological discourse has become so specialized and isolated that real people have no access to it,&#8221; Skinner said. &#8220;In my writing I want Huffington Post readers, whether they self-identify as Christian or not, to see that the Bible is much more interesting than they might think it to be, and I want to represent my faith well and respectfully.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The Huffington Post allows a level of dialogue, exchange and exposure that is difficult to match,&#8221; Lose said. &#8220;Writing for the Huffington Post has definitely been something of an education about how the larger culture in which we live thinks about matters of faith and religion, and I think it has given me a better sense of the world our pastors will be working in.&#8221;<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>To read articles published by Luther Seminary faculty, visit <a href=\"http:\/\/www.huffingtonpost.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.huffingtonpost.com<\/a> and search &#8220;Luther Seminary.&#8221;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>From the classroom to the Huffington Post, a popular Internet newspaper, Luther Seminary professors are broadening their academic reach.
