If you find resources you want to save in Endnote while searching Google Scholar, they can be imported directly into your Endnote library.
First go to Scholar Preferences. In the Bibliography Manager check Show links to import citations into, also select Endnote. Save your changes. Then do your search in Google Scholar. Your results can be imported one by one into Endnote. A dialog box will open, choose Open the file with Endnote and the citation will appear in your endnote library.
Note: if you have been using Zotero you will have to go into Preferences and uncheck the Download RIS box. You will also have to close your internet browser and open another browser window before the changes will take effect. Once you've done this you should be able to import resources into Endnote from Google Scholar.
