You are invited to join Luther Seminary in its mission to prepare men and women for Christian leadership through the Leadership Circle with your gift of $10,000 or more.
Why become a Leadership Circle Member?
Leadership Circle gifts provide the largest single source of gift support to Luther Seminary in preparing leaders for ministry in Christ’s church.
As the largest seminary of the ELCA, Luther Seminary prepares over one third of the pastors of the church and a growing number of its lay leaders. The pastors and lay leaders who graduate from Luther Seminary share the gospel of Jesus Christ, nurture faithful disciples and strengthen communities in mission throughout the world.
How do I become a Leadership Circle Member?
Individuals who make outright gifts of $10,000 or more to Luther Seminary are automatically enrolled as Leadership Circle members. Gifts of cash are a common way of giving, but you may also choose to make a gift of stock or other appreciated assets.
Leadership Circle members are more than exemplary donors. They are true friends of Luther Seminary: providing counsel, and supporting and uplifting the mission, the students and faculty for the sake of Jesus Christ.
- Members are invited to special events where they can get to know students and faculty of the seminary, as well as others concerned about theological education
- Members are consulted on issues related to the future of the church by President Richard Bliese and other leaders of the seminary.
- Members receive a unique lapel pin as a sign of membership in the Leadership Circle.
