Mentor Information: James Woodruff

Current position:Lead Pastor
Please tell us a little bit about yourself as a Christian public leader:Grad of Luther Seminary. Continue with seminars and workshops of interest. Called as Lead after serving as Co-pastor for ten years. My goals are to keep a diverse congregation working together, to faithfully invite opportunity for growth, and to be faithful to the Gospel. I've been influenced by many humble Christians who live their lives day by day in faithful service
Please tell us a little bit about yourself as a mentor of students:CPL is an opportunity to practice the ministry without fear, and the hope of growing in leadership skills; it's a time to ask practical questions as well as the questions that seem out of place in class. Shadowing and partnering seem to work well in terms of style. My supervisory style is cooperative.
